Bi-directional conveyor

Our customer wanted more efficiency and reduced labour for its cake and muffin production. They currently operate a Multi Station, and it required 2 people to operate the Multi Station plus 3 people to add toppings  such as blueberries, nuts or chocolate after depositing. The process was very slow, and there were a lot of bottlenecks where humans decided on the production speed. The other problem was the very limited space in production.

U-shaped conveyor and robotic solution for pizza line

Our customer wanted more efficiency and better working conditions for its pizza production. They suffered from their manual working process over tables and the staff had to do many turns and twists to finish a pizza with its topping. The process should be improved by adding automation and eliminating bottlenecks like the limited space in production.
